About the RoleWe're seeking an individual who is passionate about technology and fluent in Dutch to assist users worldwide. This exciting opportunity involves working with cutting-edge tech, collaborating with an amazing team, and making a real impact.
You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, solving technical problems, and guiding users via various channels. Previous call center experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Guide and assist users via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels.
- Solve technical issues effectively and provide pre-sales and general inquiry support.
- Mastery of the brand's tone and voice is essential, whether chatting one-on-one or interacting publicly on forums and reviews.
- Handle escalations and pass complex issues to higher support tiers when needed.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English (written and spoken).
- A strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- A high school diploma or higher education degree.
- A friendly attitude, patience, and a passion for delivering awesome customer experiences.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base Salary: €1,100/month.
- Performance Bonus: Up to €120/month.
- Complexity Bonus: €135/month.
- Meal Allowance: €7.23 per day.
- Health Insurance: because your well-being matters.
- Schedule: work Monday to Sunday (between 8 am and 8 pm) with two days off each week.
