About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Video Content Analyst to join our team at Talingual Limited. As a Video Content Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of video content on our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and identify video content that does not meet our community guidelines and flag it for review.
  • Make informed decisions and respond to inquiries from users, using your knowledge of our policies and procedures.
  • Utilize your understanding of market trends and user behavior to suggest improvements to our support services.
  • Review sensitive video content, including graphic or disturbing material, with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • You must be able to read, write, and converse fluently in both English and Swedish.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, 7 days a week.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to learn new processes and concepts quickly.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • A neutral mindset when reviewing alternative content.
