Your Key Responsibilities- Align the Trade Intelligence strategy across all company functions.
- Ensure timely deployment of activity cycles in collaboration with all key market stakeholders.
- Manage budget control and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
- Present activities, post-implementation reviews, and tactical plans at various forums.
You will also be responsible for owning and communicating the Field Force (FF) incentive scheme to the Payroll department, monitoring monthly field force activities, tracking incentive targets, and ensuring target achievement. Additionally, you will ensure efficient distribution levels across all product categories, with a particular focus on New Product Introductions (NPIs) and pipeline development.
