We're seeking a talented Distributed Microservices Specialist to join our team at Hito Solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to provide expert-level support for their distributed microservices environments in OpenShift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve issues related to API support, preferably with experience in IBM API Connect
- Use ITSM systems (such as ServiceNow) to log and manage incidents and service requests
- Monitor application performance using APM tools like Dynatrace
- Analyze and query application logs using Kibana
- Automate processes through scripting in Python and Bash
Requirements:
- Experience in functional application support in a distributed microservices environment on OpenShift, ideally with over 4 years of experience
- Experience in API support, preferably with IBM API Connect
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Java
- Familiarity with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Preferably, experience working with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace)
- Preferably, experience querying logs in Kibana from a user perspective
- Preferably, experience in process automation (Python/Bash)
