Tourism Sales Professional

At Blu Selection, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales professional in the tourism industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company.
About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Key responsibilities include:
- Solving issues during the booking process
- Providing clear instructions and guidance to clients
- FOLLOWING UP DURING THE VACATION AND PROVIDING GOOD SOLUTIONS INCL. REFUND
- Managing client relationships and networks
- Generating high-quality leads
Requirements:
- EU citizenship or valid residency card
- Fluent levels in French and English
- A passion for traveling and tourism
- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Full-time working hours (40h/week) on rotating shifts
- A generous gross salary of 1200€ per month (including free accommodation)
