At Blu Selection, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales professional in the tourism industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Key responsibilities include:

  • Solving issues during the booking process
  • Providing clear instructions and guidance to clients
  • FOLLOWING UP DURING THE VACATION AND PROVIDING GOOD SOLUTIONS INCL. REFUND
  • Managing client relationships and networks
  • Generating high-quality leads

Requirements:

  • EU citizenship or valid residency card
  • Fluent levels in French and English
  • A passion for traveling and tourism
  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Full-time working hours (40h/week) on rotating shifts
  • A generous gross salary of 1200€ per month (including free accommodation)
