- Facilitate efficient use of the Source To Pay system and collaborate with teams to improve the user experience
- Perform quality checks on purchase requests, conduct regular reviews for policy adherence, and strive for compliance with Source To Pay policies
- Address and resolve issues, escalate tickets when needed, maintain workflows, and close tickets upon resolution
- Fluency in both German and English, with excellent spoken and written abilities
- Strong understanding of Source To Pay processes and practices
- Economics-related degree, with 2 to 4 years of procurement/helpdesk experience
- Currently located in Portugal and eligible to take on full-time employment
