About the Role

This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon, Portugal, where you will work closely with our production team to provide technical support and ensure that our applications are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to our production team.
  • Ensure that our applications are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the production team to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our applications through continuous testing and evaluation.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years' experience in technical support.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of Linux, Windows (PowerShell, Active Directory, Event Logs, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Network, application Performance Monitor (Dynatrace preferable).
  • Experience with ITIL, RPA (Blue Prism preferable), SQL, also Infra as code (Ansible preferable).
