Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled French-speaking Senior Business Travel Consultant to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality support to customers, assessing their needs, and handling bookings for accommodations, transportation, and travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through chat, calls, and emails
- Stay up-to-date with relevant information on service providers, destinations, and systems
- Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences quickly and effectively
- Handle bookings for accommodations, transportation, and travel services accurately
- Respond in a timely manner, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in French (C1) and fluency in English (B2)
- At least 5 years of experience in a travel consultant role with expertise in bookings for air, rail, and accommodations
- Experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – both required
- Strong multitasking abilities, quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently to resolve issues
