The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training development and delivery, with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will work closely with our teams to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of our support consultants
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom consultants for the next step of their career path
  • Build an annual training program and prepare teaching plans
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
  • Deliver training courses and assess their effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a trainer
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management software
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
