About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth for our Google Cloud solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify potential customers for our Google Cloud solutions.
  2. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outbound efforts.
  4. Effectively manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and collaborate with your team to refine strategies and improve sales processes.

What You'll Need

  • Fluent German and strong English skills.
  • Sales, customer service, or business development experience (desired but not essential).
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
