We are seeking a talented and motivated customer service representative to join our team As a member of our Portuguese Technical Support team, you will be providing 24/7 help-desk support for users, helping them with their inquiries and technical issues via phone & email.

Our Client

Our client is an American company specializing in cloud storage services, offering online backup & file synchronization solutions. They value excellent customer service and are looking for a skilled and experienced representative to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide 24/7 help-desk support via phone and email
  • Follow company and client procedures and guidelines
  • Be positive and proactive, with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
Requirements:
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Portuguese
  • Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical background and familiarity with technology trends
  • Experience in customer service (an asset)
