We are seeking a talented and motivated customer service representative to join our team As a member of our Portuguese Technical Support team, you will be providing 24/7 help-desk support for users, helping them with their inquiries and technical issues via phone & email.
Our ClientOur client is an American company specializing in cloud storage services, offering online backup & file synchronization solutions. They value excellent customer service and are looking for a skilled and experienced representative to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide 24/7 help-desk support via phone and email
- Follow company and client procedures and guidelines
- Be positive and proactive, with a desire for continuous improvement
- Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Portuguese
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical background and familiarity with technology trends
- Experience in customer service (an asset)
