Job Responsibilities
As a Jira and Confluence Expert at HCLTech, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing effective workflows, issue types, and custom fields within Jira projects.
- Providing expert-level support for Atlassian tool installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Leveraging scripting knowledge in Groovy to automate processes within Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Extensive experience working with Atlassian tools, with a focus on Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Groovy and experience with migrations of Jira projects and/or Confluence sites.
