The Job Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled Freelance Recruiter to join our team and support us in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle recruitment for specific jobs. As a Freelancer Recruiter, you'll have the chance to work remotely with a completely autonomous schedule, generating extra revenue (20-40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate) while contributing to building a successful startup from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
As a Freelance Recruiter, your main responsibilities will include:
- Finding and qualifying potential candidates for various job openings
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Building relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
Requirements
To be successful as a Freelance Recruiter, you'll need:
- Previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter
- Fluent English language skills (most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers)
- A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
