Our diverse, globally distributed team provides IT recruitment, outstaffing, outsourcing, software development, and different consulting services with a primary focus on making our partners achieve their business goals successfully.
We are looking for a Tech Lead Architect for our client in a remote role, preferably based in Romania or Portugal, but open to candidates from the rest of Europe as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of the overall architecture for a new fintech product, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
- Define and document detailed solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, security, and performance.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including product managers and engineers, to align the solution architecture with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on best architectural practices, frameworks, and technologies, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate architectures for scalability as the business grows and ensure they are secure for handling sensitive financial data.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in AI-driven environments.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing complex, large-scale systems from concept to delivery.
- Hands-on experience with multiple programming languages, including .NET, Python, Java, and Ruby on Rails.
- Deep understanding of solution architecture principles, including system integration, scalability, security, and cloud computing.
- Strong experience working with AI-driven architectures and cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical teams and product managers.
