The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented individual based in Lisbon to provide telephone and written support to our German-speaking customers. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and engaging in cross-selling and upselling of products.
Your Profile
- You will provide telephone and written support to our German-speaking customers, ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude.
- You must be proficient in German and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- You possess outstanding communication skills and a keen interest in design.
- You are eager to learn and take on new challenges.
Your Responsibilities
- Address the questions and concerns of German-speaking customers, providing the best possible solutions via phone.
- Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via email, chat, and social media channels.
- Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
- Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.
