Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our team at IQVIA LLC. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in leading strategic efforts with senior executives, brand teams, and finance to develop global forecasts for the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze secondary data and market research to identify key findings and trends.
- Conduct quantitative or qualitative analysis to support customer deliveries and business decisions related to data.
- Assist in the delivery of various project components as senior support and monitor the quality of the final delivery.
- Develop presentations for clients and attend meetings to analyze and advise on solutions.
- Manage projects and workflows, ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop detailed specifications and documentation, including business process documentation, point of purchase (POPs), customer data scorecards.
- Handle promotional and sales data, market assessment, and epidemiology, pipeline analysis, and market research.
- Master various related consultancy methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consultancy commitments and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.
- Interact with various teams, external and internal, to ensure the smooth functioning of teamwork.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Master's degree with previous relevant health experience.
- Avid interest in health data and analysis and an understanding of local health markets.
- Exposure and experience in statistics and consulting, demonstrative analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving skills, working with large and multiple data sets to process data in the format required for analysis.
- Fluency in essential, written, and verbal English and any other European language (German or French as a priority), well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, leadership meetings, business, and reports.
- Advanced user in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint, and skills in SAS, Oracle SQL, R Programming, and Excel VBA would be beneficial.
