The Opportunity
You will have the chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment as part of a multidisciplinary team where you can bring new ideas to the table. As a commercial development specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Strengthening and expanding relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and business growth;
- Prospecting and developing new customers and projects, opening doors to new markets and business opportunities;
- Identifying and validating sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, onsite customer visits, and international customer meetings;
- Representing Aloft at international trade fairs;
- Closely collaborating with Aloft teams to ensure seamless technical and operational execution from sales to delivery;
- Developing in-depth expertise of our core technologies and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in technical sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- More than 2 years of commercial experience with a proven track record in customer/account management;
- Higher education in a relevant field (preferred);
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and a passion for technical sales;
- Availability for regular travel (3-22 days);
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools;
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach;
- Self-motivation and results-oriented attitude;
- High negotiation skills.
