Your Opportunity
This is a chance to join our Cash Flow Domain team as an Operations Analyst, where you'll contribute to driving business growth through process improvement and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient processes for customer-facing departments.
  • Develop and present domain-level insights to stakeholders, informing their decisions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address Cash Flow products-related questions and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage collections tasks, prioritizing timely follow-ups with delinquent customers according to established procedures.
  • IDentify and address process inefficiencies, proposing targeted solutions.
  • Analyze internal data and customer feedback to create actionable insights and enhance policies.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • At least one year of experience in an Operations position.
  • Expert-level Excel skills, encompassing advanced formulas, data analysis, and visualization.
  • The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Experience resolving complex customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
