The Job:


We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud developer to join our team. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing complex scripting solutions to support end-user activity, including User Interface Scripting. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of Genesys API Explorer and third-party integrations, with proven ability to develop, maintain, and test custom scripts for Genesys Cloud.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Experience with Genesys Cloud architecture, including User Interface Scripting
  • Proven ability to develop, maintain, and test custom scripts for Genesys Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Genesys API Explorer and third-party integrations
  • Ability to design and build complex scripting solutions to support end-user activity
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
