The Marketplace Catalogue and Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing the global catalogue to support the brand commercial and marketing goals. This includes collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring content performance, and enhancing the organization's online presence and audience engagement through compelling and relevant content.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain high-quality product listings on marketplace platforms following collection launch timelines.
  • Format and structure product content to ensure it meets marketplace guidelines and enhances the user experience.
  • Write clear, compelling, and accurate product titles, descriptions, and bullet points using relevant keywords to improve search visibility and click-through rates.
  • Regularly update and monitor product information, pricing, and availability to reflect accurate and up-to-date details.
  • Manage product images and ensure they meet marketplace standards in terms of size, quality, and content guidelines.
  • Create and manage the company e-shop in each marketplace to optimize customer engagement and maximize conversion.
