David Kennedy Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency working with top Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to onboard a German speaking Senior Digital Marketing Programmatic Specialist for their Lisbon office.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere, working closely with internal teams, clients, and key decision-makers to understand their business objectives and deliver solutions utilizing programmatic media tools. The role requires strong relationship management skills, with experience influencing at executive leadership levels.
Job Description
As a German Speaking Digital Marketing Programmatic Specialist, you will be responsible for developing collaborative strategies that drive investments in display and video, optimizing resources across different functions to create tailored sales approaches, narratives, and gather feedback for product development. You will also stay informed on the evolving programmatic landscape, serving as a thought leader for clients and guiding them through emerging advertising opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and key decision-makers.
- Develop collaborative strategies that drive investments in display and video.
- Optimize resources across different functions to create tailored sales approaches, narratives, and gather feedback for product development.
- Stay informed on the evolving programmatic landscape and serve as a thought leader for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have native/fluent German language skills (C1) both oral and written, as well as fluency in English (at least B2 level). A minimum of 2+ years' experience in Digital Marketing Operations, including content, campaign management, and optimization, is also required. Additionally, proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, string functions, logical functions, and pivot tables, is necessary. Experience working with multiple demand-side platforms (DSPs) and integrating programmatic platforms, sales, and ad-serving systems is preferred.
