Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating online social media content to ensure it meets our company's policies and procedures. This includes conducting research into the latest social media patterns, producing results, and liaising with clients to solve complex escalations.

The ideal candidate will have fluency or near fluency in Dutch and English proficiency and comprehension. Experience in administration is desirable but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate online social media content for compliance with company policies
  • Conduct research into social media trends and produce results
  • Liaise with clients to resolve complex issues
  • Use internal systems to track progress and create case numbers
  • Detect and assess sensitive content to ensure regulatory compliance
