**Job Description**
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance testing with JMeter and NeoLoad. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You will be responsible for conducting performance tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvement. A good understanding of English language skills is necessary for this role.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in performance testing with JMeter and NeoLoad.
- Solid experience in non-functional testing, end-to-end performance testing focused on disaster recovery, resilience, failover, and high availability.
- Good knowledge of performance analysis and NFT results.
