Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German speaker to join our dynamic Customer Service team in Greece. As a German Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers worldwide via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in German.
- Resolve customer complaints with tailored solutions.
- Provide detailed product and service information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update data.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service standards.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) – native level or C1 proficiency.
- Good knowledge of English for internal communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
- Basic computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
