\As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be part of an agile Software Development Team responsible for the full lifecycle of an application. You will guide a team on the best approach for large pieces of work spanning multiple components and teams.
\With extensive expertise, you will add significant value to the team by suggesting alternative methodologies, improving tooling, designing, and developing technical solutions or new processes.
\You can expect to use cutting-edge technologies to deliver outstanding value and the best product to our customers while scaling our platform to meet worldwide market demands.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and test well-structured, efficient code to solve business needs\
- Test and document implemented solutions\
Requirements:
\To excel in this role, you should have:
\a) A proven track record of at least 5 years working with Java (preferably Java 8+);
\b) Experience with similar OOP languages; and
\c) Familiarity with technologies such as Scala, Kafka, Akka, Memcached, Apache Storm, Apache Cassandra, Zookeeper, RabbitMQ.
\Additionally, you should have experience working with high concurrency/high transactional/highly available platforms, client-server protocols like SOAP and REST, and established design patterns promoting reusability techniques.
