In the role of Inbound Sales for Tourism Industry, you will have a significant impact on travelers' journeys. Your primary responsibilities will include solving issues during the booking process, providing instructions, and taking an active role in finding the right booking.
Your Impact:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for following up during the vacation, providing good solutions including refunds. You will also be responsible for managing good and qualified lead generation and providing excellent customer or client support.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need EU citizenship or a valid residency card, fluent levels in French and English, and a passion for the travel and tourism industry. You should be motivated and committed to your work, with excellent communication and listening skills.
What We Offer:
We offer a long-term fixed-term contract renewable every year, working hours full time (40h/week) on rotating shifts Mon-Sun 7AM-7PM, and salary conditions including free accommodation or reimbursement after 9 months. As an international candidate, we provide reimbursement of your initial flight expenses, airport pick up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country, assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival, and free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
