Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in agility and development to join our high-performance team. As a key member of our banking/investment sector project, you will be responsible for coordinating agile rituals, monitoring indicators, and producing reports.
Main Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate agile rituals to ensure smooth project execution;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality and efficiency;
- Maintain the skill level of the team to effectively assign tasks;
- Analyze and report on project metrics to inform decision-making;
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in agility and development;
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and SAFe methodology;
- Proven ability to motivate and coach teams on best practices in Agile methodology;
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, analytical, influencing, and communication skills;
- Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in French and Portuguese is a plus;
- Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master.
