**Job Summary**
PrimeIT is looking for a talented Technical Assistant to join our team. As a Technical Assistant, you will provide in-person/face-to-face IT support in a large-scale end-user environment, offer remote support, and conduct warehouse, stocks control, logistics, and back-office tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical assistance to employees and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks
**Requirements:**
- Excellent technical knowledge and skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including MS Windows, M365, Printers, Audiovisual equipment's (cisco), iPhone & Mac, Smart pass, Active Directory, Network protocols
- Good understanding of collaborative tools and their importance in the current digital working era
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
