About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Financial Accountant for our General Ledger department. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing Fixed Assets, including review and reconciliation of accounts.
  • ICO (Invoices and Credit Notes) reconciliation to identify differences and resolve independently.
  • Account Reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of subledger and BSAR (Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliations).
  • Transition support, preparing process overviews and highlighting issues for resolution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in finance, preferably in a BPO/SSC environment with a background in General Ledger.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), with proficiency in French also desirable.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Diligence, reliability, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
