**About the Job**

We are looking for a highly skilled CUSTOMER MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our Trade Marketing team in Lisbon. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing Pernod Ricard categories and improving the shopper experience in the trade marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market intelligence, promotional activities, and Nielsen data. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute trade and consumer promotions, POS materials, brand visibility, and activations tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Ensure maximum distribution and visibility for a winning market presence through strategic sales synergy and powerful partnerships.
  • Oversee and optimize software solutions that support field teams' agreements and on-the-go promotions.
  • Manage and optimize budgets with precision, driving efficiency and impact.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate competitive incentive schemes to supercharge distributor sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Management or Marketing related Bachelor or Master's Degree
  • Previous professional experience in Trade Marketing within FMCG or Retail is a plus (1-3 years)
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
  • Advanced Knowledge in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional Team Spirit
  • Results driven and analytic profile
