The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and self-driven Affiliate Manager to join our rapidly growing affiliate team. As the Affiliate Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing affiliate relationships with a key focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Affiliate Expansion: Identify, develop, and maintain a network of high-potential affiliates to expand our reach and revenue streams.">
  • Partnership Management: Negotiate and manage a portion of our existing affiliate partnerships; optimizing and expanding existing relationships with partners.">
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and maximize ROI.">
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored affiliate strategies that drive player acquisition in each market.">
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.">
  • Influencer Engagement: Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with influencers in the cryptocurrency and gaming industry to expand our brand presence.">

Requirements

">

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally for a crypto casino and/or sportsbook. A deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, particularly Casino markets across multiple geographies, is also required. In addition, excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
