At TOPTALENT, we are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Programmatic Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our digital marketing operations team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through programmatic media buying.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with multiple demand-side platforms (DSPs) for large-scale clients and develop collaborative strategies that drive investments in display and video advertising.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives to identify opportunities and deliver solutions utilizing programmatic media tools.
- Develop tailored sales approaches and narratives to create value for our clients.
- Stay informed on the evolving programmatic landscape, serving as a thought leader for clients and guiding them through emerging advertising opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive account analysis to ensure clients achieve their performance goals.
- Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum 2+ years in Digital Marketing Operations, including content, campaign management, and optimization.
- Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.
- Proactively communicate issues and seek solutions.
- Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, string functions, logical functions, and pivot tables.
