As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing patient journeys, identifying pain points, and implementing solutions to improve customer experience.
About the Role:
- Support patient/customer journey mapping, pain points identification, and prioritization
- Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to identify possible solutions based on customer needs and feedback
- Facilitate processes from a practical field perspective and aim for successful implementation
- Select the most appropriate solution from the solution portfolio, based on needs identified by the customer and marketing teams, product life cycle, and patient journey phase
- Customize solutions to suit the needs of Novartis and customer base
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in Business and Administration, Economics, or Scientific
- Experience in service design/lean methodologies (a plus)
- Advance degree in Life science and/or MBA (a plus)
