**About the Role**
In our quest to revolutionize healthcare, we're seeking a talented Robotics Technologist to join our Surgical Operating Unit in Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the adoption of cutting-edge robotic technology in hospitals across Europe.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with hospital teams to ensure smooth implementation of the Hugo RAS System.
- Organize and attend meetings with key stakeholders to track progress and address any challenges.
- Develop training plans for hospital staff to ensure they receive the necessary education and support to confidently use the robotic system.
- Collaborate with Medtronic field service engineers and hospital teams to prepare operating rooms for robotic surgery.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
- Eager to learn and passionate about medical technology and surgical innovation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a hospital environment.
