AUTODOC is a dynamic and fast-growing company with a leading e-commerce platform for vehicle parts and accessories in Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer to join our team and lead the engineering team on the implementation of new functionalities in a microservices architecture.
As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing microservices (PHP) in accordance with established standards, ensuring proper service monitoring and incident mitigation practices are in place, and adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
You will work closely with the Product Managers to deliver high-impact solutions and oversee the software development life cycle from code to release. Additionally, you will coach and support the team, overseeing individual and team growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in managing a team of engineers and overseeing their career growth.
- Mastery of PHP 8+ and experience managing a team of engineers.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team and overseeing their career growth.
- Knowledge of architecture/design methods and patterns, data and API specifications, quality assurance, and testing methods.
- Experience in software development, supporting the design and development of large-scale, distributed software applications.
