This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a senior quality assurance specialist. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and mentor a team of performance/NFT testers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Research and propose new ways to improve the NFT process, identifying areas for efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Review test coverage and ensure it meets the client's requirements.
- Act as SME of systems-under-test at the client site, providing expert knowledge and guidance as needed.
- Implement NFT standards within the client site and for the NFT team, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
- Prepare NFT test plans for each project and review test plans prepared by the NFT team, ensuring they meet the client's expectations.
- Prepare or review cases/scripts for each product per project, ensuring that testers follow scripting standards and meet non-functional requirements.
- Lead NFT team project reviews, including lessons learned, upon completion of the NFT Closure Report.
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in performance testing.
- Proven experience in performance testing with JMeter and Load Runner.
- Good knowledge of Oracle NCA systems, SAP, TruClient, Web Services (REST), and other related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, software testing methodologies, and processes.
- Strong knowledge of how the client's technical stack is implemented, including load balancers, routers, firewalls, cloud and containerization, databases, web servers, and applications.
- Strong knowledge of Jira and SQL databases.
- ISTQB Foundation and Advanced certification required.
- Good knowledge of English.
