Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent French speaker to join our customer service team in Portugal. As a remote customer service representative, you will provide exceptional support to our globally renowned retailer's customers via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service while working from the comfort of your home
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2), both written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
- Residency in Portugal (Coimbra or further north is obligatory)
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal or a job-seeker visa for Portugal
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, divided into 8-hour days following a rotational pattern of shifts. Monday to Friday: 09:00-21:30 (rotational shifts), Saturday: 09:00-20:00 (rotational shifts), Sunday: 10:00-19:00. You will have two rotational days off per week.
