We are seeking a skilled Video Content Moderator to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) in Porto, Portugal. This role is part of a leading Outsourcing/BPO company looking to recruit a German-speaking professional.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing user reports regarding video content on a popular streaming platform. This includes auditing and updating sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.
Key Responsibilities- Review user reports and make well-balanced decisions in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
- Audit and update content to ensure compliance with client standards.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or Fluent in German (level C2), and C1 English level written and spoken.
- At least 6 months of experience in a relevant field.
- Ability to cover weekly shift rotation including occasional nights and weekends.
- Tolerance to sensitive content in videos.
- Strong computer skills.
- Customer service orientation with an effective, pleasant, and professional communication style as well as patience.
