We're looking for a seasoned Social Media Expert to join our team and accelerate the development and adoption of Nestlé's social media and influence best practices across key brands, supporting business units, zones, and markets.

Your Key Contributions:

  • Provide expert guidance on social media and influence strategies to ensure relevance in evolving landscapes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build capabilities across business units, zones, and markets, aligning with Sprinklr and Content Studios' best practices.
  • Lead the influencer marketing framework to drive fresh ideas and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with global platform partners (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) to drive awareness and build capabilities.
  • Oversee the functional ownership of Sprinklr and CreatorIQ, driving adoption, platform development, and identifying new opportunities.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing/eBusiness, especially with big Nestlé/FMCG brands, delivering on KPIs and driving business growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and brand marketing principles.
  • Proven track record in managing and leading project launches/rollouts.
  • Familiarity with Nestlé Content Studio Operations and basic knowledge of content production.
