Job Role
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for performing procurement and sourcing functions, including short and long-term category strategy development, supplier development, and innovation enablement. The successful candidate will create efficient integrated processes among internal functions and outside suppliers, providing an internal customer experience that is both efficient and transparent. Additionally, they will establish key performance metrics and benchmarks to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
* Perform procurement and sourcing functions, including short and long-term category strategy development, supplier development, and innovation enablement.
* Create efficient integrated processes among internal functions and outside suppliers, providing an internal customer experience that is both efficient and transparent.
* Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

Requirements
* University degree, preferably a Master's in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Management.
* Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant experience in a purchasing department, working primarily with chemicals.
* Previous experience in supply chain roles (sourcing, procurement, logistics, or supplier development) preferred.
* Strong understanding and knowledge of procurement and negotiation principles.
* Fluency in English is a requirement.
* Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
