Vegetation Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Vegetation Artist to join our team at Harmata Studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality vegetation assets for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and document new workflows and processes for vegetation art.
• Develop benchmark assets to meet visual and technical standards in vegetation art.
• Collaborate with leads and project managers to prioritize tasks, set scopes, and establish deadlines.
• Analyze and decompose complex problems, determining solutions based on dependencies and project requirements.
• Assign tasks, provide feedback, and mentor less experienced artists.
• Assess the visual and technical quality of work, offering suggestions for improvement as needed.
• Gather and organize reference materials for personal use and for the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an artist, with at least a couple of assets of plants demonstrating ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Strong technical and visual skills in creating high-end vegetation art.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing techniques, processes, and workflows for vegetation assets.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Speed Tree, Substance Designer, Substance Painter.
