About the Role

As an HR Business Partner at Richemont, you will play a key role in supporting the business on major human resources topics and contribute to the organization's digital transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to establish trustful relationships with employees, providers, and government institutions.

Your Impact

As an HR Business Partner, you will ensure business and staff proximity by:

  • Delivering Human Resources Management activities, from on-boarding to off-boarding, including all legal requirements
  • Implementing HR processes, policies, and tools according to Group practices
  • Providing functional support, collaborating with the payroll provider for efficient execution and reporting

Requirements

You have experience as an HR Admin and Generalist role, with a recognized University degree. You have confirmed knowledge on Portuguese Labor Law and HR practices, experience in end-to-end recruitment, and a general understanding of HR lifecycle/HR best practices. Governmental institution knowledge is a strong asset.
