As our Strategic Growth Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this movement, driving success through strategic planning, project execution, and team leadership.
**What You'll Do**
* Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business expansion across multiple markets
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable results
* Collaborate with international peers and our founder to identify opportunities, share best practices, and drive organizational growth
* Foster a culture of innovation, embracing experimentation and calculated risk-taking to accelerate momentum and efficient scaling
* Build and coach high-performing teams, providing guidance and development opportunities to fuel lasting success
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in business strategy, preferably with experience in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and empowering high-performing teams
- Fluency in English and an EU work permit (required)
**Compensation Package**
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as benefits that include health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
**Travel Opportunities**
As part of our international organization, you'll have the chance to travel to and work with our five markets, experiencing diverse cultures and gaining valuable insights into global business operations.
