This role involves:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, emails, web contact, and orders in a timely manner.
  • Qualifying new potential clients and leads through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Building and enriching the database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborating closely with the team to share knowledge and best practices.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A native level of Turkish and a good level of English.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
  • Motivation, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • An excellent drive for excellence and professionalism, with strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.

    In return, you can expect:

    • A long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually.
    • 40 hours of work per week, with rotating shifts to accommodate various projects.
