The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in SAP modules process to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing processes for Invoice issuing and reception in electronic format, aligning with Group Source to Pay Core Model.
- Overseeing Invoice reception flows and supporting Suppliers' transition to dematerialized electronic Invoicing.
- Collaborating with IT development teams to identify and monitor interdependencies between application implementation activities.
- Defining Test Scenarios, performing tests, and supporting UAT with business key users.
- Providing expert guidance on the effective use of the tool, including documentation and training sessions for end-users.
- Conducting Application Assessment and Requirements activities, liaising with Internal Clients to collect operational needs and proposing suitable solutions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant degree in a field such as Finance, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Management.
- Proven knowledge of Dematerialization Tools, Electronic Invoicing Reform associated applications, Kofax Total Agility, Readsoft Process Director for Accounts Payable, and SAP modules process.
- Experience with project management methodologies is advantageous.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience with an international mindset.
- Ability to work independently, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English language.
