We are seeking a talented SAP Business Analyst to join our growing team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and Product Owners to gather, prioritize, and manage requirements during the service period, ensuring alignment with the client's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed user stories and acceptance criteria focused on the continuous improvement of digital HR processes.
- Support development teams during sprints, facilitating agile ceremonies such as dailies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Monitor the performance and utilization of SuccessFactors modules to identify improvements and promote operational efficiency in areas such as compensation, onboarding, crossboarding, and succession.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Agile Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in projects/systems related to Human Resources processes.
- Solid and practical knowledge of the SuccessFactors system.
