The Total Rewards Services team, consisting of 9 skilled professionals, operates within the GBS Human Resources department. Their mission is to deliver high-quality services for Global Mobility, Fleet, and Total Rewards on a worldwide scale. They collaborate closely with the HR Center of Expertise (CoE) and HR teams in various countries to shape and implement Total Rewards strategies and policies across the Solvay Group.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the Total Rewards Services team, comprising specialists in benefits, global mobility, and fleet management, to achieve their objectives\
  • Maintaining close relationships with providers to guarantee the excellence of employee benefits programs, global mobility programs, and fleet management services\
  • Developing and implementing Total Rewards policies, projects, and processes, taking into account local regulations and group policies\
  • Nurturing partnerships with country HR teams to ensure alignment and cooperation in policy implementation\
  • Cultivating a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented team culture with defined performance metrics\
