Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, digital campaigns, and market research. As a Marketing Assistant Trainee, you will support various marketing initiatives, assist in content creation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation of promotional materials (brochures, newsletters, social media content).
- Support event coordination, product launches, and brand activations.
- Help develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Support the monitoring of digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
As a Marketing Assistant Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Content creation for promotional materials.
- Event coordination and support.
- Email marketing campaign development.
- Digital marketing performance monitoring.
Market Research & Analysis
Your analytical skills will be utilized to:
- Assist in competitor and market research.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools is a plus.
