Function : IT Sales Commercial Specialist

Location : Lisbon - Portugal

Type of work: Hybrid (3x a week in the office)

Type of contract : Direct Contractual link with the client

Scope of the Project:

  • The primary objective of this role is to achieve assigned sales targets by focusing on acquiring new customers, driving sustained business growth, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Foster long-term relationships built on trust and profitability, leading to continued success for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research within the assigned target area to identify potential new clients, develop targeted proposals, and position competitive advantages for commercial success.
  • Provide regular reports detailing accurate activity logs, tracking open opportunities, and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to business volume plans.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio through personalized strategies, emphasizing strong relationships of trust and proximity to foster long-term customer loyalty and sustained business growth.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of ICT solutions through annual commercial and technical certifications, demonstrating excellence in all strategic services/products offered by the Company.
  • Efficiently resolve internal processes to guarantee exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the ICT sector, specifically in Cloud services sales within SAS environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in Cloud, with knowledge of Telco and Cybersecurity being an advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of the technology solutions market and its competitors.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Proactivity and commitment.
