Your Role
As a member of our team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts to bring impactful solutions to life. Your role will involve leading the design, prototyping, and development of innovative user-centric healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design process, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
2. Establish and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
3. Conduct deep user research, analyze data, and translate insights into elegant designs.
4. Drive the evolution of UX/UI best practices, ensuring seamless digital interactions.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs, ensuring alignment throughout the design process.
6. Champion accessibility and usability principles, ensuring products cater to diverse healthcare environments.
7. Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
1. 7+ years of experience in Product Design, with a focus on digital healthcare solutions or complex enterprise systems.
2. A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, information architecture, and end-to-end product development.
3. Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
4. Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making.
5. Experience designing for highly regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance, is a strong plus.
6. Strong visual design and branding skills to create cohesive product experiences.
7. A strategic mindset, balancing business objectives with user needs.
Desirable Skills
1. Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or animation to enhance UX.
2. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Lean UX, and cross-functional collaboration.
3. Familiarity with front-end development principles to bridge the gap between design and engineering.
4. Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient experiences.
